    Welcome to Lee Lab!

Lee lab is a single-molecule biophysics/biophotonics laboratory in the Department

of Physics and Astronomy at Rutgers University - New Brunwsick. We are located on

the ground and third floors of the Center for Integrative Proteomics Research on

Busch Campus. Our lab features a wetlab, cell culture facility, and a one-of-a-kind

single-molecule optical instrument. Utilizing advanced fluorescent microscopy,

optical tweezers, and digital holography, we are pushing the limit of our understanding

of biological processes at the single-molecule level.
